The best season

Ten thousand flowers in spring,
the moon in autumn,
a cool breeze in summer,
snow in winter.
If your mind isn’t clouded by unnecessary things,
this is the best season of your life.

English version by Stephen Mitchell

Flowing in and out of all the cycles of the life. Our breath, the circadian daily rhythmn , the moon and our own monthly cycles, the cycle of the sun through the year resulting in the changing seasons (in countries away from the equator). Each of these provides the notes, and collectively the tune, to which we dance, the soundtrack to our lives.

Embracing and enjoying what each note has to offer without getting stuck and harking back, wishing it were other is the goal.

Moving through the constant flow of change with stability and ease
