Late Summer

Set the seed

What does setting seed mean? In computing – The setseed() function sets the starting number used to generate a sequence of random numbers – it ensures that you get the same result if you start with that same seed each time you run the same process. For example, if I use the sample() function immediately after setting a seed, I will always get the same sample.

Late summer (Earth element) is the most humid time of year. It’s that time when the days are still long and hot but the intensity of the summer heat has started to back off a little. In many of the tropical countries it gives rise to the monsoon season. This time of year is closely associated with the digestive organs of the stomach and spleen.

Late summer is time to get grounded, nourished and feel the support of Mother Earth and the universal life force.
